We launched the registration process!
For reservations please access Agora Media "Registration" website page.

Considering the goals and objectives of the conference and our willingness for helping the attendance, we established a different price systems depending of:

• The status of the participants - please check the promotion for students / teachers / non-governmental representatives and the mass-media representatives.
• Early-bird discount - for those who will register in time, we offer important discounts from the BCT price; a 40% discount for the January - February period and a 20% discount in the March - April period.

Standard Offer

Note:

• Provides access to presentations and workshops.
• Includes the following: two coffee breaks, one lunch per day, dinner on Friday, and Freedom & Networking Party (at "Citadel Restaurant") on Saturday.
• The event registration is possibly due 10^th May 2007, 12:00 (EET).
• Late registrants are welcome on the Conference venue at the Registration and Information Desk (in ARO hotel hall) on 18^th May 2007.
• The prices do not contain VAT.

The offer for students / teachers / non-governmental representatives

In order to register for a Discounted Conference Ticket you will need to fax, email or post us a copy of documents proving your statute as follows:

• Students: a copy of your Student ID.
• College / pre-university students: a recommendation from the school staff or a copy from an Olympic diploma.
• Teachers: official proof from the school, university or college.
• Members of non-profit organizations: official proof from the non-profit organization.

Note:

• Due to the limited number of discount tickets (100) compared to the number of appliances, each case will be individually analyzed. For more details on this subject please consult the Agora "Discounted Conference Ticket" page.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail.
• Cancellations received before the 30^th of April 2007 is subject to a 20% administrative fee.
