In order to register for this promotion, you will
need to fax, email or mail us a copy of the following:
- A valid proof of membership in a FLOSS Association and an Association contact (to verify membership);
- To save time as an Association, simply send us your list of member-registrants (one invoice will be sent to the Association).
Note:
To qualify for the FLOSS discount, whether as an individual
registrant belonging to a FLOSS Association or an accredited
FLOSS group, the Association agrees to promote eLiberatica
through online banners and presentations on their official website.
We will promote your Association under eLiberatica Media
Partners section. The earlier your Association registers the earlier

- Students: a copy of your Student ID;
- College / pre-university students: a recommendation from the school staff or a copy of an Olympic diploma;
- Educators: credentials from your school, university or college;
- Members of non-profit organizations: credentials from your non-profit organization.

In a casual atmosphere you can join eLiberatica 2008 conference speakers,
sponsors and partners at The Welcome Dinner on Thursday, and The Social Dinner on Friday.
These social events will take place in one of the best restaurants in Bucharest
providing you and our speakers and our partners the opportunity to meet directly
(more information on the registration page).
Accommodation
The eLiberatica2008 organizers have worked hard to keep registration costs as
low as possible.
We considered it better to not include unwanted additional
costs by forcing the participants to take particular hotel rooms. Therefore the conference tickets do not include accommodation.
You have the freedom to choose.
Like any major and beautiful historic city,
Bucharest has a wide variety of accommodations with wide price ranges. Under the "Hotel & Travel"
section we've prepared some useful information that will help you find good
accommodation in the area.
General notes
- The prices do not contain VAT;
- Conference registration is open until May 20, 2008, 12:00 (EET);
- Late registrants are welcome at the Registration and Information Desk (World Trade Plaza hall) on Friday, May 30th, 08:30 am, 2008 (extra taxes might be added);
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via mail (Agora Media, Attn.: Andreea Maier, C-tin.Rădulescu Motru nr. 13, et. 7, ap. 72, Executive Center, zip code: 040361, sect. 4, Bucureşti), fax (+4-0215) or e-mail pr@eliberatica.ro;
- Cancellations received before April 30th 2008 are subject to a 20% administrative fee;
- Unfortunately, no refunds are possible after April 30th 2008.
